Application form for Free Trial Session

無料体験入部は 水曜・日曜各1回ずつ可能。当日は保護者同伴でお越しください。また、水筒及びバスケットシューズ (または室内履き) が必要です。保護者の方も室内履きををご持参ください。
Free trial sessions are available once on both Wednesday and Sunday. Participants must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Bring a water bottle and basketball shoes (or indoor only shoes that have not been used outside), which are also required for parents.
