年初ということで、長めのウォーミングアップ→ルーティーン→2 on 2→ゲーム形式という練習となりました。
年末年始を挟んで体験入部が一挙に5人も増えたので、賑やかなチームになってきています。明日も練習試合です。
As this is the first practice of year 2025, the practice consists of warming up training, routine training, 2on2, and game style.
Since we have 5 new members today, our team becomes really active. Tomorrow we will have test match with other elementary school team.
